$35,000 for Rehoboth’s 35th Anniversary

June 16, 2011

Christian Credit Union has served Rehoboth Christian Ministries with financial support, advice, and banking services since Rehoboth’s inception in 1976.  This year marks the 35th Anniversary of the registration of Rehoboth as a Society in the Province of Alberta and Rehoboth’s Summer Camp program at Gull Lake.

Rehoboth is currently planning to add a 3,000 square foot Mess Hall to their existing Kitchen/Mess Hall structure.  They also plan to renovate the existing kitchen/food preparation area to bring it up to and exceed Health Code Standards.

To support this project and help mark this milestone, Christian Credit Union has approved a matching grant of up to $35,000. We encourage you to support Rehoboth Christian Ministries so that together we can make these new facilities a reality.  The Summer Camp Program has been such a blessing to many in our community and we hope and pray that it will continue to be a blessing for many years to come.

This year also marks the 25th Anniversary of the Rehoboth Coaldale Programs.  To mark this occasion we will be making a special increase to our annual sponsorship of the golf tournament scheduled on May 28, 2011 at Paradise Canyon in Lethbridge.
