The Society for Christian Education in Southern Alberta (SCESA) Sets Up $250,000 Operating Line

May 01, 2007

In 2004, one of Alberta’s largest independent Christian Schools switched their day-to-day banking to Christian Credit Union. Les Visser, CMA, secretary-treasurer of the Society, commented on how easy and convenient it was to SWITCH. SCESA utilizes the credit union’s Internet-based Automated Funds Transfer program that allows parents to pay tuition by withdrawing funds from their accounts at various financial institutions. Recently, Christian Credit Union was pleased to provide a $250,000 operating line to SCESA.

SCESA, operating Immanuel Christian School, has three campuses in southern Alberta providing Christian education for 690 students from K-12 in a geographical range of over 250 kilometers.
