We wanted to inform you of some upcoming changes to your digital banking experience. On November 30, 2020, the Personal Financial Management (“PFM”) tools will no longer be available from your online banking and mobile banking app. This means that functionality such as linking to external accounts, assets and liabilities, transaction categories, spending and trends analysis and budgeting will no longer be available.
All other features within our online banking and mobile apps will remain the same, including the ability to link Collabria or Aviso accounts. We understand that this may be a change in how you may currently use our online banking or mobile app to manage your overall financial picture. Over the coming months, we be launching new features and tools, designed to enhance your digital banking experience, and help you manage your finances safely and securely. We think you’ll be excited by what we have on the way for you.

This decision was not made lightly and was ultimately made based on ongoing assessment of PFM’s performance. We apologize for the short notice, it was our original understanding that PFM would be available until March but due to circumstances beyond our control it is being discontinued at the end of November.
