MemberDirect® Strong Password
On July 2, 2019 the login requirements for internet and mobile banking will change.
Your new Personal Access Code (PAC) will require a minimum of 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. Check updates on the internet banking or mobile app login screen for more information.

Where can I change my PAC? | PACs can be changed in MemberDirect® via desktop or mobile app. PACs cannot be changed via Mobile Web. |
What are the requirements for a new Strong PAC? | Strong PAC must be a combination of 8-30 alpha and numeric values and must contain at least one upper case alpha, one lower case alpha and one numeric value. Special characters are optional. |
What special characters can be used in a Strong PAC? | The only acceptable characters are: @ # $ - | ! |
Will a Strong PAC expire? | Yes. You must change your PAC every 365 days minimum. |
Will I receive a warning message in MemberDirect® prior to my PAC expiring? | No. Upon PAC expiry, you will be prompted to change your PAC. |
Can I reuse a previously used MemberDirect® Password? | No. The last 10 passwords can not be reused. |
