Android Mobile App Upgrade

On Tuesday, June 7, the Christian CU mobile app for Android phones will be upgraded to fix some bugs and performance issues. The current Android mobile app will automatically update in the background for most users. However, some users may be prompted to upgrade to the newest version and directed to the Google Play store.

We added some exciting new features to online and mobile banking, along with an updated new look for our app, making it even easier to bank from anywhere. 

With our new online and mobile banking experience, you can:

  • Easily navigate to the menu items and functions used most.
  • Pay bills, move money, send an Interac e-Transfer and make deposits in an instant with features that make banking effortless.
  • Conveniently setup your favourite transactions to schedule recurring payments, make regular deposits or withdrawals, transfer funds between your accounts and more.
  • Keep an eye on your money with accounts and account activity all in one place. View your eStatements effortlessly in just a few clicks.
  • Generate a downloadable PDF version of a void cheque with all the information you need to setup direct deposits and pre-authorized debit transactions.
  • Bank confidently with enhanced security measures.

These exciting new and updated features are now available.

If you have not upgraded yet, please note the following:

  • You must enter your username and password for initial login into the new mobile app and upgraded online banking platform. If you can't remember your credentials, please follow the instructions on the login screen.
  • If you use Intuit applications (and possibly other Third-Party applications), you may not be able to login automatically and refresh your transactions due to a technical issue. Please download your statements manually from digital banking and upload the statements/transactions into any of the Intuit applications until this issue has been resolved.
