Board of Director Nominees

January 01, 2016

As communicated in-branch and on our website, the Board nominated two individuals to fill upcoming vacancies on the Board. Since the membership did not submit any additional nominations, there is no need for an election and the Board nominees will be declared elected by acclamation at our Annual General Meeting on March 10, 2016.

John Jagersma

John and his wife, Dana, reside in Edmonton, and are members of the Immanuel Canadian Reformed Church. They have been blessed with 6 children, aged 1-13. Their kids attend Parkland Immanuel Christian School; up until this past summer, John worked at this school as Principal. He now serves as Executive Director for the Association of Independent Schools and Colleges in Alberta. AISCA creates a positive social, fiscal and political environment in which independent schools are free to maintain their identity as they serve the public interest. John would welcome the opportunity to serve the broader Christian community by joining the Board of Directors of Christian Credit Union.

Henrietta Wildeman

Henrietta is a Chartered Accountant who has been employed with BDO Canada LLP since 1989 and has been a partner since 2007. She and her husband Andy have one teenaged son. They attend Immanuel Canadian Reformed Church in Edmonton. Henrietta has volunteered as Treasurer for Manna Canadian Reformed Society for World Relief since 1996. She has served on the Board of Directors for Parkland Immanuel Christian School and volunteered for several roles at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA). Henrietta has completed a 3-year term on the Board and has agreed to serve for one more year.
