Interac e-Transfer notifications have been updated to provide a better user experience. While the notifications look different, they provide the same security and convenience you have come to enjoy with Interac e-Transfer.

The notifications look and feel have been updated to provide a better user experience but also to set up for more exciting future product enhancements.

Interac has refreshed the design look and feel on all of our email notifications, including:
  • Q&A Receive and send notifications
  • Autodeposit send, receive and registration notifications
  • Request Money notifications
While Interac doesn't have any immediate plans to change the notifications following this refresh, they are always looking for opportunities to enhance their products and services for their customers to ensure a positive digital experience.
If you don’t recognize the sender and you suspect that the email notification that you have received is fraudulent or a phishing attempt, do not click on any links and contact Christian Credit Union immediately.
