Interac e-Transfer® Migration

Please be aware that there is a planned outage for e-Transfers on Friday, April 5 to advance stability of our platforms and improve the experience you have with our digital banking platform.

The outage window is planned to occur overnight for approximately two hours between Friday, April 5 at 11pm and Saturday, April 6 at 6am to allow our service provider to complete the critical upgrades and verify that the e-Transfer service is operational. The outage window may be slightly extended to complete testing; if you cannot log in to digital banking, please wait 30 minutes and retry.

During this window, you will not be able to send or receive e-Transfers.

Our digital banking services provider is confident the upgrades can be completed in an approx. 7-hour window; however, if anything changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
